Google Ads allows different levels of user access to control who can view, edit, or manage accounts.
| Access Level | Permissions |
| Admin | Full access: edit, add users, billing, campaigns |
| Standard | Full campaign access, but can’t change users or billing |
| Read-Only | Can view everything, but not make any changes |
| Email-Only | Gets reports and alerts but cannot log in |
| Billing | Manages payment methods, invoices, and billing settings only |
You can invite users from Tools & Settings > Access & Security in your Google Ads account.
